Center City Philadelphia, PA, May 17, 2018 — Joe Williams, co-founder of Keller Williams Realty International and KW Commercial, was the keynote speaker at a conference hosted by KW Commercial.
Commercial brokers filled the ballroom at The Bellevue to learn about what Williams calls “The Fourth Industrial Revolution.” Williams shared his knowledge and experience on how AI (artificial intelligence) and data are reshaping the commercial real estate industry today and how business will be done in the future with advancing technology.
Keller Williams is recognized each year as one of the top companies in all industries for technology and training. In order to keep up, the real estate business will need to embrace these dramatic changes.
Williams, with over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, is still active throughout the United States in land development and managing private equity funds.
