Philadelphia, PA, May 3rd, 2019 — Andre Watson, Managing Director of KW Commercial, completed the sale of Love Kingdome Fellowship Church at 1009-23 South 3rd St as the listing broker for the property. Watson partnered with Devan Roberts of KW Commercial who represented the buyer.
Love Kingdome Fellowship Church is a 17,000 square foot property that sold in March for $2,550,000. The existing church is scheduled to be redeveloped for residential use. The buyer has designed plans that include 46 units along with the potential of a green roof for the freestanding building to be constructed.
